A no-wear solution for bedwetting alarms
The Malem™ Bed-Mat Sensor is ideal for children who don’t want to wear a sensor while they sleep.
Placed under the bedsheet, it detects the first signs of moisture and triggers your connected Malem alarm.
Key Features
- Non-wear design – placed under the sheet, not on the child
- Early moisture detection – alerts at the first signs of wetting
- Wide compatibility – works with bedside and wearable Malem alarms
- Slim wired connection – approx. 2.2m lead
- Reusable and wipe-clean surface
Important Information
Bed-mat sensors work differently from wearable alarms and may require a little more setup:
- The alarm is very sensitive and may need small adjustments
- You may need to adjust the thickness of the sheet or cloth placed over the mat
- Sweat or humidity can sometimes trigger the alarm
- Synthetic fabrics can cause false alarms - natural fibres such as cotton are recommended
How to Use
- Place the mat on top of the mattress
- Cover with a bedsheet
- Connect the wire to your Malem alarm
- Place the alarm on a bedside table (do not wear it)
